The Nuxhall Foundation and the Joe Nuxhall Miracle League Fields are excited to welcome you to Cincinnati for The Miracle Series! Please complete this form to RSVP for events and help us determine our headcounts.

Please use the "Guest Count" column for each event, and enter the TOTAL NUMBER for your party (include the player and any family members in your count). If there is an event you are not planning to attend, please enter a "0" in the guest count.

Dinner & Desserts Provided; Player Combine with Stations, Dance Party & Fireworks Show

Saturday, July 11: Pool Party

Fairfield Aquatic Center (2605 Augusta Blvd, Fairfield, OH 45014)

6pm-8pm

Dinner provided; live music from The Pack Rats.
